Chocolate Mint Cookies


Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 (3.4 ounce) package Chocolate pudding mix
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups Andes Mint chips


Directions:
Preheat Oven 350 degrees. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda, set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown and white sugar. Beat in the in the instant pudding mix till blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in Andes mint chips. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 10 to 12 min.
